We want you to love your Hanooon piece. Every item is inspected before it leaves our workshop.

القطع التالفة أو المعيبة

If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 ساعة of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.

التصاميم الجاهزة (غير المخصصة)

Unused ready designs in their original condition may be returned within 7 أيام من التوصيل. وتقع مسؤولية شحن الإرجاع على العميل ما لم تكن القطعة معيبة. وبعد الاستلام والفحص، يُرَدّ المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5–10 أيام عمل.

القطع المخصصة والمصنوعة حسب الطلب

Because custom pieces (names, personalised verses, bespoke sizes/finishes) are made specifically for you, they are غير قابل للاسترجاع unless they arrive damaged or differ from the approved design. We always share a preview for your approval before production to avoid any surprises.
