2. المنتجات والأسعار

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Because our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in finish and dimensions are normal and are not defects. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. الطلبات

يُؤكَّد الطلب بمجرد إتمام الدفع (أو عند تقديم طلب دفع عند الاستلام). أما القطع المخصصة فيبدأ تصنيعها بعد موافقتك على المعاينة التي نرسلها لك.

4. الدفع

We accept card payments (processed securely by Stripe) and Cash on Delivery within the UAE.

5. التوصيل

Delivery timelines are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. الإرجاع

See our Returns & Refunds policy. Custom pieces are non-refundable except where damaged or not as approved.

7. الملكية الفكرية

All designs, images and content on this site are the property of Hanooon and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. المسؤولية

Our products are intended for indoor decorative use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. القانون الحاكم

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
