If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.<\/p>\n Unused ready designs in their original condition may be returned within 7 days<\/strong> of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty. Once received and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5\u201310 working days.<\/p>\n Because custom pieces (names, personalised verses, bespoke sizes\/finishes) are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable<\/strong> unless they arrive damaged or differ from the approved design.
