Delivery Areas
Hanooon delivers across all seven Emirates of the UAE, and ships worldwide. All pieces are handcrafted and finished in our Abu Dhabi workshop.
Processing & Lead Times
- Ready designs: dispatched within 2–5 working days.
- Custom / made-to-order pieces: typically 5–12 working days depending on size, finish and complexity. We confirm the timeline with you on WhatsApp before production.
Delivery Times
- Abu Dhabi & Dubai: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- Other Emirates: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- International: 5–15 working days depending on destination and customs.
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on your location and order size. Larger pieces may carry a handling fee, which we will always confirm before production.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. You pay when your piece arrives.
