Our Promise
We want you to love your Hanooon piece. Every item is inspected before it leaves our workshop.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
Ready (Non-Custom) Designs
Unused ready designs in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty. Once received and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Because custom pieces (names, personalised verses, bespoke sizes/finishes) are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or differ from the approved design. We always share a preview for your approval before production to avoid any surprises.
