Delivery Areas
Hanooon delivers across all seven Emirates of the UAE. Delivery to the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman) is available on request and quoted per order. Every piece is made to order in the UAE.
Processing & Lead Times
- Ready designs: dispatched within 2–5 working days.
- Custom / made-to-order pieces: we first send you a design proof on WhatsApp. Production starts after you approve it and typically takes 5–12 working days depending on size, finish and complexity (custom neon signs 5–10 working days).
- Large fabricated pieces: coffee stations take 3–6 weeks. For quote-only items the lead time is confirmed with your quote.
Delivery Times
- Abu Dhabi & Dubai: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- Other Emirates: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- GCC countries: 5–15 working days depending on destination and customs. Shipping to the GCC is quoted per order because it depends on the size and weight of your piece — nothing is charged at checkout. We WhatsApp you the exact cost within 24 hours and you pay through a secure card link only after you approve it. Customs duties in the destination country are paid by the customer on delivery.
Shipping Charges
- UAE: AED 30 standard delivery. Free delivery on orders over AED 1,000.
- GCC: quoted per order (see above).
- Large or heavy pieces: a handling fee may apply and is quoted on WhatsApp before production.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. You pay when your piece arrives.
